Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and unopened, with all original seals intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, electric epilators that have been opened, used, or unsealed cannot be returned.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receipt if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, including electric epilators.
